Masks are now optional for both customers and staff.
The safety and comfort of our customers is of the utmost important to us. We've asked our staff to put on a mask if a customer enters the store wearing one. We have masks available if you prefer to wear one while shopping with us, but forgot to bring yours. You may also request to work with a masked employee or shop outside. If you don't see an associate outside just call the store and we will be right out.
You can also shop online for curbside pickup or home delivery (free delivery is available for bicycle purchases only within 5 miles of our stores).
Most online orders will be ready within one business day if the merchandise is in stock. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pick up. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available and in-stock. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
You can choose to pick up your item in-store or we offer contactless pick-up.
If an item you order online is out-of-stock or backordered we will contact you to discuss your options and your card will not be charged.
If there's a problem with something you purchased from us, you can return it to one of our stores. Returned merchandise that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
All bicycles are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Our restocking fee is waived for all Holiday purchases, but you must return your purchase by January 15, 2023.
Labor fees are not refundable (i.e. custom built wheels).

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When you account information is displayed on your screen we only display the last five digits of your credit card number. You also have the choice of whether or not to save your credit card information with us in your Online Account.
